Love Your Inner Wolf Workshop

Date: 8th July, 2017

8th July 2017 10am to 4pm

A unique new talent in ‘dog wellness’, Dr Isla Fishburn, is coming to Salisbury to talk about holistic canine behaviour on 8th July. There are still a few places available. The workshop costs £75 including lunch or £60 excluding lunch.

Dr Isla Fishburn is coming here to Fisherton Mill to hold a special workshop as part of our ‘Animal Magic’ exhibition which runs through the whole of July, celebrating all things animal.

Isla says, ‘Many people do not consider the emotions and experiences of our dogs and how this can affect their very wellbeing. Of course dogs have emotions and these are the foundations of any mammal’s survival.’

She is a conservation biologist who believes that harmony in nature must start at home. She has worked with wolves and wolf hybrids for several years, and developed her own practices for healing and training dogs. Her mission is to create peaceful co-existence between people and wildlife.

Isla draws on zoology, biology, nutrition and psychology in her quest to understand dogs and to help their owners. Her workshop features the use of video to illustrate her insights into pack hierarchy and how each individual animal has its role.

To book a place on the course, contact Alison Craig, organiser, tel 07709 730561
