Come along to Fisherton Mill and enjoy the work of some of the regions best artists and makers. Natural Elements is an uplifting exhibition of different artworks including paintings, ceramics, prints, jewellery, glass, sculpture and needlefelt, all inspired by nature.

Sue Vezey is also inspired by the forms, colour and light in nature creating watercolours with ink details.
Will Richardson is an intuitive sculptor working in alabaster to create sensuous forms from nature and the human figure. Yvonne Steer sculpts figures from life or from the imagination. The pieces are fired to a high temperature and can be placed indoors or outside. Ceramicist Plaxy Arthur creates stoneware in in the soft colours of the Dorset countryside: blues, and greens and grays. She produces timeless pieces of everyday tableware.
Catherine Flippence lives on Salisbury Plain and from her home studio she creates landscapes in oil, animal portraits and quirky needlefelt ‘fluffy head’ portraits. Rachel Raine’s beautiful jewellery designs are inspired by the patterns and textures in nature. She uses traditional silversmithing techniques, sometimes adding precious and semi-precious stones and gold detail. Gillian McCormick works with traditional painting, staining and leading techniques to produce stained glass panels inspired by nature and the Dorset Countryside. Gillian also experiments with glass fusing, creating pieces with a more contemporary feel.
