Ellie Fisher is a weaver with a BA in Textile Design and an MA in Design for Textile Futures, both from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.

Her business ‘Elka’ which she runs alongside her mother Claudia, a natural dyer, has a strong focus on sustainability and teaching, running workshops across the South of the UK for which they hold a ‘Students Choice Platinum Award’ from Craft Courses.

The weaving workshops running at Fisherton Mill include frame (aka tapestry) weaving, inkle loom weaving, table loom weaving and off-loom weaving.
