Returning to the Main Gallery, Annmarie invites you to view a carefully curated collection of paintings capturing a creative life in motion spanning five years. During her time as a resident artist at Fisherton Mill, Annmarie has explored shifts in style, emotion, and perspective, resulting in a body of work that bridges the artist’s creative past and present. Each painting in the collection carries a story — of moments captured, emotions revisited, and ideas reimagined. From early pieces marked by experimentation and discovery to more recent works defined by confidence and clarity.

“Putting this exhibition together has given me the chance to indulge in reminiscence, to recall what inspired me, and to appraise objectively how my style has evolved over the years. And Fisherton Mill has been at the heart of that evolution which began with a dedicated space to develop my painting practice; where I’ve been inspired by the beautiful surroundings, supported by the ever-helpful team and fuelled by the very best, totally hand made, cake”
